The IAI Working Groups were first launched by Professor Emmanuel Gaillard as a platform to discuss, research and provide recommendations and normative proposals to the international arbitration community on various topics of interest. The IAI plays a key role in identifying, restating and developing norms of international arbitration law to ensure that international arbitration meets the expectations of users and stakeholders as a predictable, efficient, legitimate, autonomous and truly international form of dispute resolution.
Draft reports of the IAI Working Groups will be shared with IAI Members for consultation and the final reports of each working group will be presented at IAI conferences and seminars in conjunction with their publication.
If you are interested in establishing a new working group, please contact Yas Banifatemi.
